"Independent Study" - an IB Higher Level Film ProductionApr 24, 2012
Plot - Two students are set an impossible deadline for an essay in an IB film lesson. It is the last lesson of the day and instead of staying behind to finish it off, they choose another way out... The film was shot as part of the International Baccalaureate Diploma program. All students were higher level students and as such the film had to be 6-7 minutes long. Cinematography was done by Thomas Parkinson, Direction was by Thomas hibbert, and the sound and visual editing was done by Edward Bennett. All the music was created using Garageband 2008, the editing was done on iMovie 2008 and the film was shot on a range of handheld video cameras and modern 'point-and-shoot' cameras.
