IBMay 02, 2012
For those of you who don't know what IB (International Baccalaureate) is, it is a 2-year high school diploma program. It is taught at 2075 schools (some are international) in 125 different countries. The curriculum consists of 6 subjects, a 4000 word essay, a course in a Theory of Knowledge class, and 150 CAS hours (which is somewhat like community service hours) So all I basically did in this video was I made fun of the program and how much homework you get while in it. *No, being in it doesn't mean you're smart.

IB Diploma Celebration 2010 - Aloha CollegeApr 01, 2012
The International Baccalaureate Diploma, or IB as it is widely known, has been much in the news of late. The IB stands at the forefront of educational advance. It is the fastest developing curriculum in the world, operating in more than 120 countries and is accepted by over 1000 universities and colleges worldwide including the best universities in North America, the UK, continental Europe, and Australia. Aloha College was the first school in Marbella (Spain) to offer the IB and now we have over 15 years of experience teaching it. Aloha offers a full range of courses, taught by a highly qualified and experienced staff, several of whom are accredited IB examiners in their subject. The Diploma Programme is a comprehensive two-year curriculum, available in English, French and Spanish, that allows students to fulfil requirements of various national education systems. The grading system is criterion-referenced. This means that each student's performance is measured against well-defined levels of achievement. Top grades reflect knowledge and skills relative to set standards applied equally to all schools. Creativity, Action, Service (CAS) All students in the Diploma Programme must take part in artistic activities, (creativity) sports, expeditions, or local or international projects (action), and community or social service projects (service).

Will IB Ready?May 04, 2012
how important it is / to be organized and have time during the IB Curriculum. In context the students in the past that have gotten in to IB, don't balance out their time and have no organization in their work which slows them down and puts a lot of pressure on them, which then will be very hard to do your best in the IB Curriculum. This is a huge problem since being organized and balancing your time does help in IB in my opinion because 11th and 12th grade is when collages/ universities look at your grades and accept you, and for that you will need excellent grades.
